Ginger Marinade

  • 2 inches Ginger, peeled and minced
  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Mix all ingredients with meat and allow to marinate ~1 hour.

Excellent with beef
